We will repair or replace all comfort system components on: air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, water heaters, indoor cooling coils, programmable thermostats, electronic air cleaners, zone controls, UV light fixtures, dehumidifiers, humidifiers, motorized dampers and ventilators in the event of failure as a result of manufacturer’s defect for 10 years.

Our team members will treat your property with respect and care. This includes items such as your lawn, landscaping, carpeting, floors, walls, furniture and doors. In the unlikely event that damage occurs by the actions of Perfect Plumbing, Heating & Air, we will repair or replace the damaged item to its original condition.

If your system breaks down within the first 2 years of operation and we do not provide you with heating or air conditioning within 24 hours of being notified, we will pay you $100 for your inconvenience.
